Privacy Policy

Account data (email, name, institution), uploaded research files (PDFs, images, data), usage telemetry (aggregated and anonymised), and billing information processed by our payment provider Stripe.

We use your uploads strictly to provide the SuperLabCoat service to you. We read the content so you can search it, reason over it, and generate outputs from it, all within your isolated workspace.

We never sell your data, never use it to train AI models, never share uploads across workspaces, and never expose your research to other customers.

We use a small set of industry-standard providers for cloud hosting, AI inference (under no-training terms), payments, and transactional email. A current list is available on request from privacy@superlabcoat.com.

Export, rectify, or delete your data at any time from Settings → Data. Email privacy@superlabcoat.com for questions.
