1. Acceptable use
Don't upload content you don't have the rights to process. Don't try to extract copyrighted paper full-text for redistribution. Don't attempt to exfiltrate other workspaces' data.
2. Account responsibilities
Keep your credentials safe. You're responsible for actions taken under your account. Lab plans are billed per active user.
3. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance via in-app notification.
4. Termination
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. On cancellation, your data remains available for 30 days before permanent deletion.
5. Liability
SuperLabCoat is provided "as is." Verify generated content before publishing. We are not liable for manuscript accuracy. That's still on you (and your reviewers).
